Please be advised that when you book a party with Princess Wishes the following terms and conditions apply.
A deposit will be required at point of confirmation of booking.
If your party is more than 21 days away you are permitted to change the date or cancel and ask for a full refund. If your party is less than 21 days away you are not entitled to a refund or to change the party date or character and any changes made after this time are solely at our discretion.
If you have made a last minute booking the deposit is required within two working days and is non refundable.
For parties at your venue the maximum number of children is 25 and any over that number will be charged at £10 per child which is payable in cash on the day. For 30 children and over you will be required to book a fairy assistant or extra entertainer.
During a Princess Wishes party the staff are there to entertain your children only and not wait on adult guests.
If you request a particular entertainer all efforts are taken to accommodate you, however, it cannot be guaranteed they will be available. We have the right to substitute your entertainer at any time. This does not affect the character you have chosen.
The host/parent is responsible at all times for the general supervision of children within the party venue and for the supervision of exits and for ensuring that children leave the party venue with their own parents or guardians. Where we are providing a party program or entertainer our responsibility is strictly limited to the supervision of participating party events only.
The entertainer will contact you 3 days before the party to confirm all details.
Payment to your entertainer is to be made in full in cash on the day of the party.
Princess Wishes are not liable for any accidents or incidents should they occur.
By paying your deposit it means you agree with all our Terms and Conditions.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
